Anita is simply amazing! She helped me buy my home in Boulder with incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She educated me on the market, showed me countless houses on weekends, answered my questions any time of day and night, and brought snacks and water for our long car rides - small gestures that perfectly reflect the kind, thoughtful person she is. Thanks to her, I found a home I didn’t think I could afford, and she negotiated the price brilliantly.

Even after closing, she continues to help me as I currently live in Europe - coordinating repairs, meeting contractors, and making sure everything is ready when I visit, including stocking the fridge and paying for cleaning service so the house is perfect upon arrival.
